Ingredients for dairy products

Our native and modified starches are utilized in the production of dairy-based desserts, including those made with milk, yogurt, ice cream, and other dairy products. They serve as stabilizers, emulsifiers, and gelling agents in dessert preparation. To streamline technological processes, our cold-water-swelling starches can be used. These starches readily bind water and do not require heating. Additionally, our product range includes gluten-free wheat starch, which is also used in dairy product production.

Our natural sugar substitutes are extensively used in dairy product manufacturing. They can fully replace sugar and are essential in ice cream production, offering anti-crystallization properties and serving as a more cost-effective source of dry ingredients.
